Günther Holding, Hamburg, has announced via a press release that it has
indirectly acquired 11.8 % of the share capital of Tipp24 AG. Tipp24 AG
assumes that Günther Holding is the investor whose share acquisition has
been announced via the company’s ad-hoc notice of 26 October 2007.
According to its press release, Günther Holding intends to further increase
its shareholding in Tipp24 AG, while a takeover offer is not currently
being contemplated.
