Attractive dividend policy
Due to the positive result, the Management Board and Supervisory Board will propose a dividend of €1.10 at
the Annual General Meeting on 28 May 2024 (2022: €3.60 per share consisting of a basic dividend of €1.00 and a special dividend of €2.60). This represents a total payout to shareholders of around €23.8 million (2022: €78.0 million).
