(Hamburg, 24 May 2007) The second Tipp24 AG annual general meeting took
place on 24 May 2007 in the Hotel Le Royal Meridien in Hamburg. Around 50
shareholders and guests took part in the event. 42.15 per cent of the share
capital was represented at the meeting.

The Tipp24 AG Executive Board looked back at another very successful
financial year in 2006 – with prolonged discussions about the future of
online agencies for state lotteries in Germany.

Political and legal decisions made in the coming weeks and months will all,
according to the company, have lasting effects on, and change, the lottery
market. Tipp24 is assuming three scenarios. First: The Minster Presidents
will see political reason and the treaty of 2004 will remain in effect.
This would safeguard Tipp24 AG’s operative business in Germany. Second:
government circles refuse to compromise and will hold to the draft for the
new gaming treaty – however, business operations for private gaming
agencies will still be safeguarded by provisional legal protection from
German and European courts. In accordance with this, Tipp24 would focus its
planning efforts in the next two years on its foreign and diversification
strategies. The final option: The politicians do not see reason and the
courts fail to assert provisional legal safeguards. Jens Schumann, founder
and CEO of Tipp24 AG: 'This would mean we would have to rethink our
business model in Germany and massively expand our foreign strategy.
However, we are of the firm opinion that political circles will come
around, at least in part, and that the courts will finally provide legal
protection within the next 12 to 18 months.'

The annual general meeting agreed to all of the agenda points with clear
majorities of more than 99 per cent.
