    according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
    Voting Rights in Tipp24 AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007847147,
    WKN: 784714, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
    August 10, 2007 and now amount to 3.02% (this corresponds to 267960
    Voting Rights).

 2) Farringdon Capital Management Luxembourg S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg,
    has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
    shares its Voting Rights in Tipp24 AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
    DE0007847147, WKN: 784714, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting
    Rights on August 10, 2007 and now amount to 3.02% (this corresponds to
    267960 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
    No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.02% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
    267960 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from
    Farringdon Fund I (FFI).

 3) Farringdon Capital Management Switzerland SA, Geneva, Switzerland, has
    informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
    shares its Voting Rights in Tipp24 AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
    DE0007847147, WKN: 784714, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting
    Rights on August 10, 2007 and now amount to 3.02% (this corresponds to
    267960 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
    No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.02% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
    267960 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from
    Farringdon Fund I (FFI), Luxembourg, Luxembourg.

 4) Farringdon Fund I (FFI) Luxembourg, Luxembourg, has informed us
    according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
    Voting Rights in Tipp24 AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007847147,
    WKN: 784714, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
    August 21, 2007 and now amount to 5.19% (this corresponds to 460360
    Voting Rights).

 5) Farringdon Capital Management Luxembourg S.A. Luxembourg, Luxembourg,
    has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
    shares its Voting Rights in Tipp24 AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
    DE0007847147, WKN: 784714, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting
    Rights on August 21, 2007 and now amount to 5.19% (this corresponds to
    460360 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
    No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.19% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
    460360 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from
    Farringdon Fund I (FFI).

 6) Farringdon Capital Management Switzerland SA, Geneva, Switzerland, has
    informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
    shares its Voting Rights in Tipp24 AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
    DE0007847147, WKN: 784714, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting
    Rights on August 21, 2007 and now amount to 5.19% (this corresponds to
    460360 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
    No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.19% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
    460360 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from
