LRI Invest S.A., Munsbach, Luxembourg, clarified to us in a notification
dated 01.02.2007 that the information it provided about voting rights on
22.01.2007 concerning the interest indicated in Tipp24 AG, Hamburg,
Germany, was not correct. The voting right level of 3.4940% reported by LRI
Invest S.A. was already reached before 20.01.2007.
