section 21, paragraph 1 of the WpHG that on 28 January 2010 the voting
rights of JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, London, UK, in Tipp24 SE,
Hamburg, Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3.02%
(240,763 shares) of the voting rights on this day.
All voting rights are attributed pursuant to section 22 paragraph 1
sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
