according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on 1 April 2011 the
voting interest in Tipp24 SE, Hamburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0007847147, WKN:
784714, fell below the threshold of 5% and amounts to 4.94% (this
corresponds to 394,643 voting interests) on this day.

2) Farringdon Capital Management Switzerland SA (FCMS), Geneva,
Switzerland, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that on 1 April 2011 the voting interest in Tipp24 SE, Hamburg, Germany,
ISIN: DE0007847147, WKN: 784714, fell below the threshold of 5% and amounts
to 4.94% (this corresponds to 394,643 voting interests) on this day.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.94% of
the voting rights (this corresponds to 394,643 voting rights) are to be
attributed to the company from Farringdon Fund I which holds directly 3% or
more of voting rights.

3) Farringdon Capital Management SA (FCML), Luxembourg, Luxembourg, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on 1 April
2011 the voting interest in Tipp24 SE, Hamburg, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007847147, WKN: 784714, fell below the threshold of 5% and amounts to
4.94% (this corresponds to 394,643 voting interests) on this day. According
to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.94% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 394,643 voting rights) are to be
attributed to the company from Farringdon Fund I which holds directly 3% or
