Tipp24 AG appoints Magnus von Zitzewitz as Head of Corporate & Public Affairs

Group creates new position as of 1 May 2009
As of 1 May 2009, Magnus von Zitzewitz (41) is the new Head of Corporate & Public Affairs at Tipp24 AG. In this newly created position, von Zitzewitz will have international responsibility for the Group’s legal, political and regulatory affairs. He reports directly to the founder and CEO of Tipp24 AG, Jens Schumann. “Magnus von Zitzewitz is an expert with great experience in the legal and political environment of Germany’s State Treaty on Gaming. On behalf of the company, he will provide constructive support for amendments to the State Treaty, which are growing increasingly necessary.”
In his last position, von Zitzewitz was Executive Board member and Chief Operating Officer of Bet 3000 AG, one of Germany’s leading gaming providers for horse racing. Before that, von Zitzewitz worked in various management positions in the media, entertainment and telecommunications industry, including ProSiebenSat.1, MobilCom and Universal Entertainment. He studied media sciences, communication research and economics in Hanover, Germany.
