The Executive Board of Tipp24 AG has adopted a resolution to implement a
further share buyback programme. In the period from 8 October 2007 until no
later than 31 March 2008 up to 443,616 shares in Tipp24 AG are to be
purchased via the stock exchange. During the period February to July 2007,
Tipp24 AG already acquired a total of 443,615 own shares, corresponding to
5.00% less 1 share of total capital stock, which it still holds.

The resolution is based on an authorization provided by the Annual
Shareholders' Meeting of 24 May 2007, which permits the Executive Board of
Tipp24 AG to purchase own shares in the period up to 24 November 2008.

The share buyback will be implemented by a bank commissioned by Tipp24 AG
and in accordance with the provisions of Art. 5 (trading conditions) of
Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003 implementing
Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council
(exemptions for buyback programmes and stabilisation of financial
instruments).

The share buyback serves primarily to provide shares which can be offered
in the course of business combinations or to acquire companies or equity
interests in companies. Alternatively, the shares may be fully or partially
cancelled.

Further details concerning the share buyback programme are posted on the
Tipp24 AG website (www.tipp24-ag.de). Every buyback will be announced here
no later than seven stock exchange trading days after the respective
transaction.
