Skill-based games with distinctive characters expand product portfolio of
Tipp24 AG

Starting today gaming fans can test their skill and general knowledge in
direct competition with other players at www.tipp24games.de. Even small
betting stakes are possible. Seven games are currently available – from
puzzles to a general knowledge quiz – all featuring lovable and highly
distinctive characters.

The company behind the new gaming portal for so-called skill-based games is
Tipp24 AG. At its IPO in 2005, the Hamburg-based company already announced
its intention to add further product areas to its core business of
brokering state lottery products. As the games on offer merely test the
player’s skill or general knowledge, they are not subject to Germany’s
restrictive gaming regulations.

In February 2008 Tipp24 AG acquired the assets of Enter.TV GmbH, whose
staff offer considerable know-how in the development of flash-based online
games. At the newly founded Tipp24 Entertainment GmbH, a wholly-owned
Tipp24 subsidiary, this team has since been working hard at the company’s
offices in Bochum and Hamburg on the recently completed website.

Sven Ivo Brinck, Managing Director of Tipp24 Entertainment GmbH, states:
