Marc Peters, co-founder and longstanding member of the Tipp24 AG management
board, is leaving the management board of the company on 30. June 2007.
Jens Schumann and Dr Hans Cornehl continue to be members of the management
board of the company. The areas for which Marc Peters has been responsible
up to now are being taken over by Jens Schumann, who established Tipp24 AG
with Marc Peters.
