MyLotto24 Ltd., a fully consolidated minority shareholding of Tipp24 SE,
has settled a dispute regarding the payment of an insurance claim.

As a consequence of the settlement, Tipp24 SE adjusts its forecast for
fiscal year 2011 and now expects consolidated operating earnings before
interest and taxes (EBIT) of about EUR 40 million.
