The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Tipp24 SE, Klaus F. Jaenecke, will
resign from the Supervisory Board on completion of the Annual General
Meeting 2011. Mr. Jaenecke's decision to step down from the Supervisory
Board was made with an eye to his own personal plans as well as to the
targeted partial restructuring of the Supervisory Board of Tipp24 SE. In
the course of this partial restructuring, which Mr. Jaenecke welcomes and
will actively accompany until the Annual General Meeting, the Supervisory
Board will be expanded from three to six members.
