Be responsible for market insight as well as driving competitor information, industry news, key and future trends, market, and individual company assessment.
Provide key insights into multiple areas of the business and reporting for internal stakeholders.
Coordinate internal and external resources and decide on make or buy based on the individual research work packages
Drive improved analysis and data interpretation capability across the ZEAL Team to help the different areas of the business join the dots (across data sources).
Develop and manage an insights database that drives robust internal decision making.
Embed regular use of a wide variety of data sources within the team and identify how these sources can be used together to build an insightful narrative driving strategy.
Work with the Senior Management across Finance teams, Businesses, Product, Marketing, Public Affairs, and provide due diligence for M&A and Zeal Venture Investments.

8+ years’ Market Intelligence and Insight experience from either the global lottery or gambling market
Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills as well as strong business acumen and proven experience of incorporating financial and business implications into strategic recommendations.
Experience and awareness of regulatory environments and implications on commercial strategy and insight development
Deep understanding of modelling and forecasting techniques, knowledge of SAS/SQL, Business Objects, Qlik or similar tools, combined with excellent automation and data visualization skills
Have a proven ability to take data from multiple sources, such as sales data, Geolytics, continuous survey data, web analytics, etc
You enjoy staying up to date with market research best practices, methodologies, and industry trends to ensure the organization maintains a competitive edge.
Experience creating, delivering and presenting compelling insightful presentations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
