Take charge of designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing backend services.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and tech experts in an agile environment.
Ensure your code is secure, maintainable, and efficient, backed by automated tests.
Drive the exploration of product concepts, iterating to enhance success rates.
Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends, expanding your skills continuously.
Develop well-structured and documented RESTful APIs for seamless integration.
Collaborate with external partners and integrate third-party services.
Develop user interfaces for administrative tasks, contributing to operational efficiency.

Proficiency in Kotlin/Java, Spring Boot/Micronaut, and microservice architectures.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
Experience designing and developing REST API web services.
Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools like Splunk/Datadog.
Knowledge of NoSQL/SQL databases (MongoDB/PostgreSQL).
Understanding of event-driven design using technologies like Kafka.
Awareness of security best practices, especially concerning customer data.
Familiarity with Docker, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS is a plus).
Understanding of Continuous Delivery practices using tools like Jenkins and Git.
Business acumen: Understanding the business context, market trends, and competitive landscape
