Your tasks

  • Shape and execute the product strategy for customer retention and our returning customer funnels
  • Own, shape, and maintain several major features and functionalities of our platform such as teasers, log-in, and user messaging
  • Lead your cross-functional team including UX designers, engineers, and data analysts to deliver the best solutions for the millions of end-users
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behavior to inform the product roadmap
  • Use data analysis to identify opportunities to improve customer retention and develop experiments to test and validate hypotheses
  • Develop and prioritize a backlog of features and enhancements that will drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth
  • Ensure that your features are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards

What you offer us

  • Relevant working experience as Product Manager with a B2C product in an e-commerce (or similar) environment
  • You have proven that you are able to bring projects in time and in budget forward with multiple stakeholders across multiple groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
  • You ensure a highly proactive flow of communication in all directions
  • The ability to say “No” and being willing to manage resulting conflict arising from it
  • Experience working on large scale platforms or infrastructure
  • Beyond just shipping new products, you are obsessed about continuous product improvement
