Responsible for technical assessment of external artists
Reviewing the results of external artists and ensure we meet a certain production value and potentially match specific art styles.
Work hands on helping to bring our internal/external game designs to life.
Collaborating with the Production Lead to ensure top quality, coherent and highly entertaining creative direction of all games
Collaborating with Marketing department to retain the same top quality across all published media
Assessing external contractors and studios
oversee Recruiting new artists for the internal team
Providing feedback to external contractors as well as for internal artists

You are a generalist with working experience in the games industry who did already a bit of everything (from concept, 2D/3D to animation -firm with industry standard tools).
Expertise to anticipate, prioritise, and organise work to meet objectives.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed artistic decisions while considering technical constraints.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
A deep understanding of current trends and techniques in in the igaming industry and specifically creating art for slot games, understanding of visual hierarchy, rules of anticipation, timing of features and conveying information to the player.
Experience in creation of designs for lottery related instant products such as scratch cards or instant wins would be a plus
Experience with UI design for games is nice to have
